I knew that the Dog Fish Head 'Punkin' beer had to go near the end of the tasting, due to it's high alcohol percentage. I didn't want it to skew the results by getting people drunk early-on, but introducing a strong beer when people are already tired of tasting beer didn't help it's ratings at all.
Most tasters were hostile towards this beer, tasting 'melevolence' and 'bitterness', but some were honest that they were 'longing for simpler time, before this beer tasting'.
My sister loves this beer, and thinks that all other pumpkin beers are ruined on her since it was the first one she had. In this tasting, however, all the other beers probably ruined this one.
