Soccer Trophy #1

I received this trophy for playing soccer. It was a time when moms drove minivans and shuttled kids to and from soccer fields, but were not called soccer moms, and certainly not milfs. My team had yellow thin vinyl short-shorts and green shirts. I was tall and awkward, with buck-teeth, short hair, and large watery eyes. I remember doing laps at the end of practice, and hating it. I think there was an ice-cream-cake at the awards ceremony, and I loved the crunchy brown stuff in-between ice-cream-cake-layers.
